Already 15 years of cruises in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean: unforgettable vacations

Our first Cruises in the Mediterranean: unforgettable vacations with friends

We met 15 years ago and immediately bonded over our shared passions: the sea, sailing, navigation, scuba diving, and water sports. Our first vacations? Naturally, they were on a boat! But we had to make some choices: monohull or catamaran? What destination? France, Italy, or Croatia? Should we travel with friends or family?

Our first shared cruises were magical weekend getaways with friends in the Bay of Hyères, around the Golden Isles (Porquerolles and Port-Cros). Over the years, we organized numerous cruises, leading us to launch our current project: a catamaran hosting four guest cabins to welcome you aboard.

Here, we share some of the destinations we’ve explored—mainly by catamaran—across the Mediterranean and, more recently, the Caribbean.

Heavenly cruises around the Golden isles in the Mediterranean: Hyères, Port-Cros, and Porquerolles

The Golden Isles, including Port-Cros and Porquerolles, departing from Hyères, are an essential destination. Experience their natural beauty from the comfort of a catamaran, with breathtaking beaches like Plage d’Argent and opportunities for onshore exploration by foot or bike. This area is perfect for relaxation and connecting with nature. The bonus of a catamaran cruise? Stunning snorkeling and diving spots, with or without underwater scooters.

This is our favorite escape, where we return each year for long weekends with family and friends.

Vacations in southern Corsica: the perfect destination for catamaran cruises

Southern Corsica is a true paradise for catamaran cruises, boasting white sandy beaches, turquoise waters, and activities like paddleboarding, snorkeling, or e-foiling. Sail along the coast to discover Corsica’s treasures from the sea: Bonifacio, Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, Rondinara, the Lavezzi Islands, and Cavallo. Corsica offers unique experiences for families or friends, from Porto-Vecchio to the Lavezzi Islands, aboard a comfortable catamaran.

A cruise in Sardinia? Explore the Maddalena archipelago, Stintino, and beyond

Have you ever vacationed in Sardinia? The Italian island is stunning, and its beauty from the sea is unparalleled. The Maddalena Archipelago is a dream destination for a catamaran cruise, featuring wild coastlines and transparent waters near Santa Teresa Gallura, Capo Testa, Porto Bello, and Stintino. Stintino is especially memorable for its clear waters, snorkeling with majestic rays, and the wild donkeys of the Asinara reserve.

Expanding our horizons: southern Italy, Croatia, and Greece

We ventured further afield, exploring diverse landscapes and even more dreamlike beaches.

The bay of Naples and its enchanting islands: a volcanic cruise

The bay of Naples is a true gem, with islands like Ischia, Capri, and Ventotene offering stunning volcanic landscapes and crystal-clear waters. This week-long sailing vacation with friends featured dolphin sightings and delicious Italian cuisine.

The Kornati islands in Croatia: relaxing and adventurous vacations

Croatia’s Kornati islands boast deep blue seas and untouched natural beauty. This calm yet thrilling adventure was perfect for a small-boat getaway with friends, where every stop unveiled new, pristine scenery.

The Sporades in Greece: Skiathos and Skopelos for a unique sailing cruise

Exploring the Sporades in northern Greece aboard a monohull was a delightful adventure. Between Skiathos and Skopelos, these green islands offer secluded beaches and traditional villages, making each stop a serene and cultural discovery.

The Balearic islands: a new way to experience Mallorca

Mallorca offers secluded coves accessible only by sea. Each stop on our sailing trip revealed hidden calas, vibrant marine life, and charming villages. Mallorca is the perfect spot for family boat vacations, featuring activities like paddleboarding and snorkeling.

Heading to the Caribbean for more catamaran adventures

After countless Mediterranean adventures, we felt the pull of distant horizons. Exotic destinations beckoned, and we spent several summers exploring the Caribbean, including Martinique, Guadeloupe, and the Grenadines.

Cruises in Martinique and Guadeloupe: idyllic beaches and verdant landscapes

Catamaran trips in these French overseas territories unveiled dreamlike settings. Highlights in Guadeloupe include the Saintes, Marie-Galante, and Petite Terre, a marine and wildlife reserve. Martinique offered wild beaches like Grande Anse d’Arlet and Anse Couleuvre, as well as activities like diving, kitesurfing, and wakeboarding.

The Grenadines: a sailing dream in the Caribbean

From Martinique, we cruised through Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent, Mustique, Union, and the Tobago Cays. These crystal-clear waters and pristine beaches made for an unforgettable two-week adventure. Activities included hiking, snorkeling, and kitesurfing. Special highlights were the leopard ray sightings and Petit Tabac, a filming location for Pirates of the Caribbean.
